Completion of the sale of our European Poultry business to the Boparan Private Office (BPO)

Boparan Holdings Ltd (BHL), the parent company of Sisters Food Group, can confirm today, Monday October 14th 2024,  the completion of the sale of its European poultry business, known as 2 Sisters Storteboom, to the Boparan Private Office (BPO) for a fee in excess of €200m which took place on Sunday 13th October 2024. 

The European poultry business employs 2700 colleagues comprising of six poultry processing centres in the Netherlands based at Nijkerkk, Barneveld, Putten, Kornhorn and Zeewolde. It also has three processing centres based in Poland in Kotowo, Augustowo and Komorniki.
