Poultry
We use outcome measure data plus previous audit results to ensure these audits are well targeted-and that support programmes are put in place for lower ranking farms. Any non-compliances are followed up by the relevant person, looking at immediate corrective action and long-term prevention to reduce the risk of re-occurrence. The data below is from our UK & EU chicken operations.
